I’m a bassist with decades of touring and recording experience looking for a drummer to form a slamming rhythm section.
I put together the beginnings of an Acid Funk concept before the summer but the drummer and guitarist weren’t really able to keep up with the music so I’m starting it up again from the beginning.
I’m looking to do the standards from many genres transformed into a wack-ass funk idiom. Funk, blues, soul, rock, punk, eastern etc.
As well as original compositions.
I have a recording/rehearsal studio near Arlanda.
My main focus is to play live.
I work in the studio every day so I’m not much looking for a recording project but to get my rocks off live with some good musicians. Always nice to make a few bucks in the process ;)
I’ve got a couple of guitarists interested but really need to lock in the right drummer before I proceed.
