So I've got a week or so to put together something that demonstrates, "my commitment to Music". I'm crap at self promotion and this sort of activity dosen't exactly tickle me pink either, so I usually just don't do it. I want to break that pattern, but I am as helpess as a kitten with thís shit.

That's to a clip from an impromptu performance at scharinska and more than a year old. I've got the songs, they're all polished and ready to go, but what exactly is in a press kit? does this have anything to do with how it's becoming more and more the norm to meet strangers on line instead of outside?
Any advice is appreciated and if for some altruistic personal reasons you want to just go ahead and do it for me, that'd be great too.
