Keyboardist and singer

Hi everyone at the moment we are 3, bass, drums and guitarist. We're looking for a keyboard player and singer to lift this band off and put it on its hinges. Male or female we don't mind but preferably over 30. We're putting together a soul/ R&B/ stax band starting with covers but doing covers our way.
