Hi,
I’m a drummer in Stockholm and looking for people to start a new project with. I started playing the drums about 15 years ago and back then, I played a lot of 90’s pop punk songs from bands like Blink 182 and Green Day etc… Especially, Travis Barker, the drummer from Blink 182 has been my biggest influence. I listen to different genres of music apart from metal but am at the moment mainly interested in pop / pop rock / pop punk / dream pop / alternative rock / shoegaze somewhere around these genres (genre is very vague concept as we all know…). I also like the mixture of acoustic and electro sounds like Phoenix and Bombay Bicycle Club for instance. I wish to have as many gigs as possible so if you already have some songs / materials to work with, great! But otherwise, I’m up for writing original songs as well. So please feel free to contact me if you are interested. But I want my next project to be at least more than “just for fun”, so it would be great if you have certain level of seriousness and experiences.
