Hello!
We are 2 people (age 30) playing piano and oud which is a middle eastern stringed instrument.
We want to start a new band playing world/folk music in Uppsala. We are also interested in instrumental rock song arrangements with ethnic touch.
Recently, we have been working on Mediterranean repertoire including Sephardic, Greek, Armenian, Macedonian and Turkish songs.
Clarinet, trumpet or a tenor saxophone is great accompany to piano/oud. More exotic instruments with sustained sound can also be interesting.
