Hey, I wanna start or join a band in Uppsala. I am a vocalist and can also lend a hand on guitar / violin / sitar / cittern. I've mostly played acoustic. I can sing, whisper, scream, growl, and make weird sounds. Ideally I wish to do all of these.
I'm looking for improvisors, intense, flamboyant, lyhörd percussionists, soundscape artists, noise makers, guitar thrashers, traditional instrument players, deep bass, strings, reeds, honky things, bells and bowls...
I love experimental noise, art rock / art pop, postpunk, nowave, thrash, riot grrl, grunge, drone, electronic, impro, alt pop, grindcore, freakfolk, konstmusik, 80's post/hardcore and emo/screamo, thrash, freakfolk, Berlin techno (KitKat club), goth & industrial (Slimelight), indie, world & traditional, weirdo music. I love intensity and variety. I want it to be intense, malleable and weird. Captivating music and amazing live shows. Theatrical and crazy and then soft and 'hear a pin drop'. Immersive. A rollercoaster through the universe, from improvised exploration of entropy into some kind of rhythmic shamanic shit, culminating in some thrashing intensity, then back again into soft chaos.
