Bad Dreams Always have been around since 1988 and was a part of the big metal and punk -scene in Fagersta during the late 80's and early 90's. Members of Bad Dreams Always figured in different bands like Suffer and the legendary thrash-metal brigade Kazjurol. Original drummer Christian Grahn is now doing full-time with The Hives. and R.I.F Tbans first band.
Together with a big group of kids and other local bands, Bad Dreams Always putted Fagersta on the map and bands from all over the globe went to "Punkrock City" to play at the legendary venue Rockborgen. Bad Dreams Always played with bands like Carcass, Kreator, Skit system such as Sepultura and other big acts back in the days.
When Kazjurol and Suffer turned into pieces, Bad Dreams Always became more serious and besides some early tapes and well hidden demos, the first CD was recorded in Studio Abyss and was released as "Despised And Scornful" in 1993. Later on, in 1996 the 2nd CD "Panichead" was released, also on their own label Earth Recs. These CD's are well distributed and the name Bad Dreams Always should now be recognized by many punkers out there. Some songs could be find on different compilations from labels like Nuclear Blast, Distortion and Äggtapes. " release a 7" released by Distortion in 1998, "Another Body Murdered"., " 22 tracks of hate"CD was relased on masc rec in 2006. And now the latest relase CD "20 centures of hate"( 8 angry fast hate-core tracks) anarkopunx rec.
Bad Dreams Always are still around and bring fast and aggressive hatecore to your face! People have described Bad Dreams Always as a mix of early D.R.I. with the rawness of The Accused and the power of S.O.D. Spice it with a fist full of hate and anger and you should have a good description
